The first Best of 2018 lists already adorn our timelines, and Spotify compiles our listening habits from this year individually. Now follows the official YouTube statistics for the almost past year. With Kay One, Piedro Lombardi and of course “Despacito.”
And that’s somewhere between musical horror nightmare and “just goes okay.” Because it’s “nice,” there are all clips synonymous to watch. Besides youtube, if you love to watch Sports highlights then visit Roar tube the best alternatives to Youtube.
1. Luis Fonsi – Despacito ft. Daddy Yankee (feat Justin Bieber)
Yes, we had guessed it somehow. This song, which is as annoying as a crowded subway in the morning with even worse street musicians, is not only the most successful song of the year (17 weeks at the top of the German single charts) and nominated for several Grammys, but also the most clicked Clip on YouTube in Germany. Just why? Maybe because everyone is secretly waiting for Justin Bieber. That is actually part of this Überhits.
2. Ed Sheeran – Shape of You
And it continues with the charts parade: Ed Sheeran’s first single from his album DIVIDED was a total of 15 weeks at number one on the German charts and topped throughout the year even ” Despacito.” Luckily! On YouTube, the clip comes but only in second place.
3. Bibi H – How it is ( wap bap … )
A big smile-smiley and hands up for Bibis Beauty Palace, who sings now, eh yes – and fails. 48 million clicks for bad lyrics, respect.
4. Jason Derulo – Swalla (feat. Nicki Minaj& Ty Dolla $ign)
No one can call his name as Signature Call at the beginning of a song so nicely as Jason Derulo. And then there are Nicky Minaj and Ty Dolla $ ing – that must be good on the net, shimmy, shimmy!
5. Kay One – Louis Louis
Uh, Modern Talking, oh no, just Kay One. He probably has loyal fans, the Kay One.
6. Kay One feat. Pietro Lombardi – Senorita
Kay One, the second. He is reinforced on his mission to become the most successful YouTube musician 2017 by Piedro Lombardi. And they give us the German version of “Despacito,” how nice!
7. Imagine Dragons – Thunder
Still one of the German single charts with a lot of radio airplay by the Imagine Dragons. Can you at least listen?
8. The Chainsmokers& Coldplay – Something Just Like This
When you record a song with Chris Martin’s house band Coldplay, that will be successful on its own. There is also a cute lyrics video from the Chainsmokers, and it then clicks on eighth place in the German YouTube charts over the year.
9. Jonas Blue – Mama ft. William Singe
Who is Jonas Blue? One of the most successful chart producers of the past year. Sounds like that too. And who is William Singe? An Australian YouTuber, who would have thought that.
10. DJ Khaled – I’m the One ft. Justin Bieber, Quavo, Chance the Rapper, Lil Wayne
This time a song in which Justin Bieber is really performed. A video with extra product placement and a white horse at a poser pool party. When is summer again? And that was number ten.
